Your details are for coordination, not resale.
Bloodman collects only the information submitted through its donor, campaign, and contact forms.
How information is used
Authorized operations staff use submitted details to coordinate donors, volunteers, campaigns, partnerships, and replies. Bloodman does not sell form submissions.
How long information is kept
Active submissions remain available while coordination is ongoing. Staff close completed records and target deletion within 90 days unless an active safety, accounting, or dispute need requires longer retention.
Who can access it
Submission records are restricted to authenticated Bloodman administrators and the infrastructure providers needed to operate this service.
Requesting removal
Email bloodman.org@gmail.com with enough information to identify the submission. The operations team can close and delete the record.
